10 – The blog shows limited understanding of the topic; it is unorganized and lacks either a title, an introduction (hypothesis), a body (or contains a body with multiple errors and little data related to the hypothesis), or a conclusion (or conclusion is present but does not relate to the hypothesis); the blog’s citations are incomplete

9 – The blog proves no understanding of the information. The response is incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant. Work is illegible.
